WP: How long have you practiced Pilates?
I have been practicing Pilates for nearly three years. Initially, I attended once a week for two years, but in the third year, I increased my attendance to twice a week.
WP: If you were to have a conversation over the dinner table with Joseph Pilates himself, what would you ask or tell him?

WP: How do you apply Pilates to your everyday life?
I noticed I have more energy and strength.
WP: What is the biggest piece of advice that you would give to someone who has never practiced Pilates before?
If you experience back pain and body discomfort, Pilates is your cure.
WP: How often do you take Pilates classes?
Twice a week.
WP: Do you have anything else you would like to add?
I want to mention that I have a fantastic instructor, Nathalie, who is always attentive to your movements and consistently corrects and pays attention to the details of your movements, even when she has several students in the studio.
