June Workshop
The Wunda Chair is unlike any other piece of apparatus in the Pilates system. Small, unassuming, and extraordinarily demanding β as one of our clients perfectly put it, it leaves a "narrow margin for error." With little room for error, it calls for precision, control, and a clear understanding of how to organize the body in relation to the springs, the pedal, and the chair itself. There is nowhere to hide on the Chair, and that is exactly what makes it such a powerful teaching tool.
In this workshop, we will explore how to progress safely and intelligently into the Wunda Chair repertoire, with a strong focus on body placement, alignment, and spring setting. Together, we'll clarify how to approach the apparatus with confidence β understanding not only where the body belongs, but also how each exercise is supported, sequenced, and executed.
From work performed on top of the chair to exercises on the floor, seated, standing, and lying down, this workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of the full range of possibilities the Wunda Chair offers. Ideal for teachers and dedicated practitioners, it will help you build greater clarity, confidence, and mastery in using this powerful and exacting apparatus.

March Workshop
The Cadillac is often associated with the frameβbut some of its most powerful work happens beyond it. In this workshop, we will explore the Cadillac repertoire taught outside the frame, including both commonly practiced exercises and lesser-known variations that bring new depth to familiar work.
Using the floor as our foundation, weβll investigate how grounding the body helps clarify alignment, organize the center, and reveal the true two-way stretchβreaching out while rooting down. Youβll experience how the springs support connection rather than effort, allowing the apparatus to teach the body, as intended.
This workshop is ideal for teachers and advanced practitioners looking to refine their understanding of the Cadillac, expand their repertoire, and deepen their connection to classical principles through precision, control, and flowβbeyond the frame.
